Exchanging Goods;

  • Faulty Goods: Faulty goods will be exchanged without question. If you receive faulty goods firstly please accept our sincere apology. Secondly we look forward to making this up to you. We would appreciate that in the case of receiving faulty goods that you email us a photo of the fault and a brief description so we can investigate the cause of the fault. Please contact us at EXCHANGING FAULTY GOODS
  • Incorrect Order: If we send you the incorrect parts, we will exchange them without question. Please click on the below link and fill out the Returns Form. We Thank you in advance for your cooperation and look forward to making it up to you. You can also find the Returns form in "Returns" link which is listed under "Customer Service" at the bottom of the page. Once again we sincerely apologize for the mistake and will send the correct parts out to you with out delay. RETURNS
  • I ordered the wrong Parts: In the case that you ordered the wrong parts or would simply just like to exchange some parts for some different ones we are happy to do so as long as the parts have not been opened or used and are in still new condition. You will need to firstly post the parts back to us and before we are able to make a refund. Please fill in the Returns form in "Returns" link which is listed under "Customer Service" at the bottom of the page.RETURNS
  • Damaged Goods From Transport: In the case that you receive damaged goods please contact us by immediately by email with photographs of the damage. Please send us a photo of the condition of the unopened box clearly showing the damage and also a couple of photos of the damaged goods. We will take the matter up with our carrier (Japan Post) and do our very best to straighten things out. All our consignments are insured for damage in transport and we will see to it that you receive new parts at no additional cost. DAMAGED GOODS
